HASTANEDE İLAÇ HATALARININ ÖNLENMESİNE YÖNELİK HEMŞİRELERİN YAPTIĞI UYGULAMALAR: SİSTEMATİK DERLEME

Abstract

Amaç: Hemşirelerin, hastanede ilaç uygulama
hatalarının önlenmesine yönelik yaptığı uygulamaları içeren makalelerin sistematik biçimde incelenmesidir.

Yöntem: Bu
sistematik derlemede EBSCOhost, MEDLINE, CINAHL, PUBMED ve ULAKBİLİM TIP VERİ,
tabanları taranmış,
konu ile ilgili 1509 ulusal ve uluslararası yayına
ulaşılmıştır
.
Bu çalışmaların hepsi gözden geçirilerek hemşirelerin
hastanede ilaç hatalarının önlenmesine yönelik uygulamalarını kapsayan ve dahil edilme kriterlerine uygun yirmi sekiz araştırma
değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma Ocak 2000 ve Şubat 2017 tarihleri arasında
yayınlanan makaleleri kapsamaktadır. Tüm yayınlar
çalışma yöntemleri ve bulguları açısından sistematize edilerek incelenmiştir.

Bulgular:
Bu
sistematik inceleme sonucunda i
laç
uygulama hatalarının önlenmesine yönelik uygulanan stratejilerin, ülkelerin ve
hastanelerin koşullarına ve özelliklerine göre farklılık gösterdiği
görülmüştür. Değerlendirmeye alınan çalışmalarda hemşirelerin hataları önlemeye
yönelik olarak; eğitim (online, web tabanlı, simülasyon)  teknoloji (barkod teknolojisi, bilgisayar destekli
istem girişi) ve farklı yöntem ve uygulamaların bir arada kullanmalarının (kesinti
ve bölünmelerin önlenmesi, doğru ilkele, politika ve prosedürler) etkili olduğu
belirlenmiştir.

Sonuç: İlaç
uygulama hataları, hastaların yaşamlarını tehdit eden önemli
bir sorundur.
 Konu ile
ilgili çalışmaların sistematize edilmesi ile sorunun çözümüne yönelik bilimsel
kanıtlara ulaşılmıştır. Bu bulgular gelecekte yapılacak çalışmaların kapsamını
belirlemede ve klinik alanlarda ortaya çıkan sorunların çözümüne yönelik
önlemlerin planlanmasında yararlı olabilir.
