Abstract
"The Life of the Prophet According to Valid Narrations", which is compiled by Iraqi author Ekrem Ziya Umeri, as the name suggests, The subject of the Prophet's life. The fact that this work written in the field of siyer is considered worthy of criticism by us is due to the fact that a method that the author works on in the field of black writing has been put into practice in this work. The author has tried to put together text and narrative criticism methods while evaluating the narratives of the issues that have been mentioned in the book about the life of the Prophet.

Abstract
Iraklı müellif Ekrem Ziya Umeri tarafından telif edilen "Sahih Rivayetlere Göre Hz. Peygamber'in (SAV) Hayatı" adlı eser, adından da anlaşıldığı gibi Hz. Peygamber’in hayatını konu edinmektedir. Siyer sahasında kaleme alınan bu eserin tarafımızdan kritik edilmeğe değer olarak görülmesi, siyer yazıcılığı alanında müellifin üzerinde çalıştığı bir yöntemin bu eserde uygulamaya konulmuş olmasından dolayıdır. Müellif bu eserde Peygamberimizin hayatıyla ilgili öteden beri yer verilen konuların rivayetlerini değerlendirirken, metin ve rivayet tenkidi yöntemlerini birlikte uygulamaya koymaya çalışmıştır.
