Abstract
Yaşadığı 18.yy. alimleri arasında özellikle de Hicâz bölgesi alimleri arasında önemli bir yeri olan Muhammed Hayât es-Sindî, farklı dallarda eserler kaleme almış olsa da şüphesiz onun belirgin bir şekilde temeyyüz edip ün sahibi olduğu alan hadistir. Gerek rivayet gerekse dirayet olarak hadis ilmine vakıf olan Sindî’nin, dönemin diğer hadis bilginleri arasında öne çıkmasında, sahip olduğu ilmi birikimle birlikte mezhebî taassuptan uzak ve tahkik ehli diyebileceğimiz bir ilmi şahsiyet olmasının da etkisi büyüktür. Nitekim kendisinin hocaları ve öğrencileri arasında farklı mezhep ve meşreplere müntesip isimlerin olması bunun bir göstergesidir. Bu yönüyle onun Kütüb-i sitte ve Ahmed bin Hanbel’in Müsned’i üzerine yazdığı haşiyelerle tanınan hocası Muhammed bin Abdilhâdi es-Sindî’den etkilendiği açıktır. Makalede müellifin, hadisle amel konusu etrafında kaleme aldığı Tuhfetü’l-enâm adlı risâlesini el alıp, Sindî’nin ilmî kimliğine ışık tutmaya çalışacağız.

According to the February 25, 2020 dated ULAKBIM decision, all kinds of researches conducted with qualitative or quantitative approaches that require data collection from participants using survey, interview, focus group study, observation, experiment, interview techniques, and the use of humans and animals (including materials/data) for experimental or other scientific purposes require an Ethics Committee certificate.
The ethics committee approvals obtained in accordance with the “publication policy” of the articles submitted to the Turkish Academic Social Sciences Research Journal must be specified in the METHOD section of the article and uploaded to the system. Publications with plagiarism report over 20% and studies without ethics committee approval will not be evaluated for publication in our journal.
