Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, tedarik zinciri esnekliğinin tedarik zinciri performansı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Anket çalışması; Türkiye ve İran’da yapılmıştır. Türkiye’de Erzurum, İran’da ise Urmiye şehirleri seçilmiş ve araştırmanın odak grubunda üretim işletmeleri (mobilya, metal, kimyasal-gaz, gıda, yem, baskı-ambalaj, geri dönüşüm ve diğer) yer almıştır. Erzurum’da 113, Urmiye’de ise 186 olmak üzere toplamda 299 işletmeye anket yapılmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS istatistik programında analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, tedarik zinciri esnekliğinin tedarik zinciri performansı üzerinde pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu görülmüştür

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of supply chain flexibility on supply chain performance. Survey was made in Turkey and Iran. The cities of Erzurum in Turkey and Urmia in Iran were selected and production enterprises (furniture, metal, chemical-gas, food, feed, printing-packaging, recycling and other) were included in the focus group of the research. A total of 299 enterprises were surveyed, 113 in Erzurum and 186 in Urmia. The collected data were analyzed in the SPSS statistical program. According to the results of the analysis, it has been seen that supply chain flexibility has a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance.
