Türkiye’deki Selefilik Hareketinin Arka Planı ve DEAŞ

The social structure in Turkey does not tolerate irreversible and sharp changes. Due to this prevailing broad opinion, the spread of Salafi movements in Turkey dates later than the spread in the Arab world. Despite this situation, we can say that Salafi ideas have entered our country since the 1960s. While moderate and middle-of-the-road Salafi formations were accepted by the society to a certain extent in Turkey, violent radical groups were not immediately accepted. Islamically motivated radical terrorist organizations such as Hezbollah, Al-Qaeda and DAESH emerged and gained ground in our country over time, thanks to some Muslims in Turkey with weak religious background and knowledge but high sensitivity. In this study, we first tried to take a general picture of the Salafism adventure that our country has gone through from the Ottoman Empire to the present day. Then, we concentrated on identifying the structure that the DAESH Terrorist Organization, which has caused some problems for the world for the last 20 years and for our country for the last 10 years, tried to show in our country with its radical Salafi ideology and the actions it has carried out, and the bloody actions it carried out through this connection. Finally, we aimed to explain the struggle of the Republic of Turkey. Since our aim is to reveal the structure of DAESH in Turkey and the struggle our country has shown, we deemed it appropriate not to touch upon issues that may be the subject of other studies on the organization here.

Türkiye’deki toplumsal yapı geri dönüşü olmayan keskinlikteki değişimlere sıcak bakmamaktadır. Hâkim olan bu geniş kanaatten dolayıdır ki, Türkiye’de Selefi akımların yayılması Arap dünyasında yayılmasından daha geç tarihlere rastlamaktadır. Bahsi geçen bu duruma rağmen 1960’lı yıllardan itibaren Selefi fikirlerin ülkemize girdiğini söyleyebiliriz. Türkiye’de ılımlı ve orta yolu benimseyen Selefî oluşumlar toplum tarafından az da olsa kabul görürken şiddet yanlısı radikal gruplar hemen kabul görmemiştir. İslami motivasyonlu Hizbullah, El-Kaide ve DEAŞ gibi radikal terör örgütlerinin zaman içerisinde ülkemizde ortaya çıkması ve zemin elde etmesi Türkiye’de dini altyapısı ve bilgisi zayıf ama hassasiyeti yüksek Müslümanların bir kısmı sayesinde olmuştur. Elinizdeki bu çalışmada, öncelikle Osmanlıdan günümüze ülkemizin geçirmiş olduğu Selefilik serüveninin genel bir fotoğrafını çekmeye çalıştık. Daha sonra ise radikal Selefi ideolojisi ve gerçekleştirmiş olduğu eylemler ile son 20 yıldır dünyanın son 10 yıldır da ülkemiz için bir takım problemler doğuran DEAŞ Terör Örgütünün ülkemizde göstermeye çalıştığı yapılanmayı ve bu yapı vasıtasıyla gerçekleştirdiği kanlı eylemleri tespit etmeye yoğunlaştık. Son olarak ise, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti devletinin sergilemiş olduğu mücadeleyi anlatmayı hedefledik. Gayemiz DEAŞ’ın Türkiye yapılanmasını ve ülkemizin göstermiş olduğu mücadeleyi ortaya koymak olduğu için örgütle ilgili başka çalışmaların konusu olabilecek meselelere burada değinmemeyi uygun gördük.
