Prof. Dr. Hamdi Döndüren’in Ahkâmu’l-Kur’an Adlı Tefsirinde Güncel Dinî Meselelere Bakışı

ABSTRACT The Holy Quran is a book that addresses all of humanity with its appeal that transcends the ages. It contains much of the information that humanity needs for both its worldly and otherworldly life. The Messenger of Allah Hz. Muhammad (pbuh) has also set an example for us by living it himself. As time progresses, civilization reaches an advanced point and new developments occur. Life conditions are also affected by these developments. New problems to be solved arise in religious issues that bring regulations to every area of life. In this article, it is aimed to reveal the perspective from which current religious problems and issues are approached and how they are addressed in the commentary titled Ahkâmu’l-Kur’an by Prof. Dr. Hamdi Döndüren.

Kur’an-ı Kerîm çağları aşan hitabıyla bütün insanlığa yönelik bir kitaptır. İnsanoğlunun hem dünyevî hem de uhrevî hayatına dönük pek çok ihtiyaç duyduğu bilgileri ihtiva etmektedir. Resûlullah Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v.) de bizzat yaşayarak bizlere örneklik teşkil etmiştir. Zaman ilerledikçe medeniyet ileri bir noktaya ulaşmakta ve yeni gelişmeler meydana gelmektedir. Hayat şartları da bu gelişmelerden etkilenmektedir. Hayatın her alanına düzenlemeler getiren dinî meselelerde çözüme kavuşturulacak yeni sorunlar ortaya çıkmaktadır. İşte bu makalede Prof. Dr. Hamdi Döndüren’e ait bulunan Ahkâmu’l-Kur’an adlı tefsirde güncel dinî sorun ve meselelere nasıl bir bakış açısı ile yaklaşılmakta ve nasıl ele alınmakta olduğunu ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır.
