BALAGH - Journal of Islamic and Humanities Studies is an international academic peer review journal published by Karabük University Faculty of Islamic Sciences in two issues per year on June 15 and December 15 (Article acceptance dates: January 1 - February 30 for the June 15 issue; August 1 - September 30 for the December 15 issue). Balagh aims to publish and publicize studies such as articles, book reviews and symposium reviews in the field of religious studies (Social Sciences and Humanities/Religion). Only the works of researchers with a PhD degree are accepted for evaluation in research article, translation and book review types. Articles submitted for publication are subjected to double blind peer review by at least two referees. In addition, a special plagiarism detection program is used to verify that the articles have not been published before and do not contain plagiarism.

BALAGH - Journal of Islamic and Humanities Studies continues to publish original research that contributes to the development of scientific understanding and interpretation in the history and philosophy of religious thought in all traditions and periods, including Islamic Sciences, Judaic Sciences, Christianity, Comparative Religious Sciences, Theology and Ethics. BALAGH - Journal of Islamic and Humanities Studies publishes articles, book reviews and symposium evaluations in the field of religious studies (Social Sciences and Humanities/Religion).
