Copyright and Author Agreement
Article Title:
Author(s):

a) The article submitted to the journal is the original work of the author(s),
b) The relevant authors have individually contributed to this work and assume all responsibility for it,
c) All authors have seen and approved the final version of the submitted article,
d) The article has not been published elsewhere or submitted for publication,
e) The text, figures, and documents in the article do not infringe on the Copyrights of other persons,
f) The author(s) cannot arbitrarily withdraw the article during the peer review process that begins after editorial review, thereby disrupting the process,
g) The authors agree and undertake to transfer their financial rights over the submitted article, including all forms of communication to the public, such as processing, reproduction, representation, printing, publication, distribution, and transmission via the internet, to the Turkish Journal of Social Sciences Research.
Nevertheless, the intellectual property rights of the author(s) or, if applicable, the author(s)' employer, such as
a) Patent rights,
b) The right of the author(s) to use the entire article in their future books or other works without payment,
c) The right to reproduce the article for their own purposes, provided that they do not sell it, are reserved.
Nevertheless, the author(s) have the right to reproduce the article and distribute it by mail or electronically. The use of any part of the article in another publication is permitted provided that the Turkish Journal of Social Sciences Research is cited as the publisher and reference is made to the Journal. When citing, the Journal Name, Article Title, Author(s) Name(s), Last Name(s), Issue Number, and Year must be provided.
I/We undertake that the Turkish Academic Journal of Social Sciences Research shall not be liable for any claims or lawsuits filed by third parties for copyright infringement, and that all liability shall lie with the author(s). Furthermore, I/We declare that the article does not contain any criminal elements or unlawful statements, that no unlawful materials or methods were used during the research, and that ethical rules were followed.
The Copyright Transfer Form must be signed by all authors (scanned or as a jpg image, etc.) and uploaded to the system.
